By accessing or using LeadFrames, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
LeadFrames is a lead management platform designed for roofing contractors. Our service includes:
- Integration with Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads
- Automated SMS and email follow-up messaging
- Callback scheduling and management
- Public booking page for leads
- Lead tracking and analytics
3. Account Registration
To use LeadFrames, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
4. Subscription and Payments
Pricing
LeadFrames Pro is priced at $97 per month, which includes 500 SMS messages. Additional SMS messages are billed at $0.02 per message.
Free Trial
New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
6. SMS and Email Messaging
By using our messaging features, you represent that you have obtained proper consent from recipients to receive SMS and email communications. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable messaging laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR.
7. Meta Integration
When you connect your Facebook Page to LeadFrames, you authorize us to receive lead data from your Meta Lead Ads. You remain responsible for compliance with Meta's advertising policies and terms of service.
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all lead data and content you submit to LeadFrames. We do not sell your data to third parties.
9. Limitation of Liability
LeadFrames is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the platform.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked.
